Startup: Innovative business projects with high growth potential are called "startups". "Airbnb" is a good example. It introduced a new business model in hospitality industry and realized high growth due to this competitive advantage
Startup Visa: Startups contribute to exports income of their countries and they stimulate national economy. That's why, some governments have implemented "startup visa" programs to attract high quality foreign startups.
There are 3 approaches for governments to evaluate startups:
1. to evaluate business plan (Spain, Italy, New Zealand, etc.)
2. to select best startups in a competition (France, Chile, etc.)
3. to select startups, supported by private investors (Canada)

ARCTERN REQUIREMENTS
To apply our program, you will need:
1. Secondary school diploma
2. Copy of your ID
3. Bank account: to show that you can afford fees of the program
In addition, you should declare that
4. you have keen interest in startups
5. neither you nor your dependents have any criminal record
6. neither you nor your dependents have any medical condition, threatening public health of Canada (or destination country)
